The interview was face to face at their office in Ann Arbor, MI. I would describe it as informal yet not tacky. The interview kept a relaxed pacing and followed somewhat standard procedure in terms of general questioning. The interviewer was someone who also worked in the field not just an HR rep so I thought that extremely positive. The interviewer also valued and took time to ask more personal questions that I'm sure were geared to test if I would be a good fit with the current team. The interview lasted thirty minutes to an hour. I was called less than a week later to make me aware that I had been hired if I so chose.
