I had a genuinely great interview experience with Notion. Compared to a competitor I interviewed with around the same time, the Notion team was far more personable, welcoming, and authentic—it really stood out. Every conversation felt thoughtful and human, not overly scripted or transactional. It honestly made walking away from the opportunity incredibly difficult. The only reason I didn’t move forward was due to the in-office requirement. If remote work had been an option, I’d be working at Notion in a heartbeat. The team, culture, and mission all left a lasting impression.
