Straightforward & honest. Management does a great job of being fully transparent in highlighting the experience necessary to succeed, day-to-day requirements & attitude expectations. Once hired, NYAJ management did a fabulous job of training me on the menu (special included), explaining required side work, & training employees on how to efficiently operate company issued Point of sale systems.

Meeting with one of the managers where we sat down at one if the tables in the restaurant and learned about the company and what serving there would be like. I met some staff members and they were very welcoming

The Interview Porcess was very simple, they promised a lot of moving up opportunities, but after being hired I heard of people who were told the same thing but have yet to see that happen.
