After applying through NU's career portal, generally communication is done through an assistant to coordinate interviews. Meeting with several PI's/administrators, and then once a job offer has been provided, you work with the Center's business administrator/HR to accept or negotiate the salary and start date. The interviews were quite relaxed, however I had to interview with 5 different people over 2 different periods of time, which made it difficult because I was traveling down from the far northwestern suburbs.
