The interview process was lengthy. I submitted my application in January of 2026 and didn't hear anything until the end of March. The day after they reached out, I had a screening call with the hiring manager. After that, I was given an assessment that I had to return the next day. Then I had a panel interview with 3 members of the IT team and the manager. After that I was invited to another panel interview with 3 more stakeholders in/around the IT team. Then, the hiring manager discussed the possibility of being invited to the office to meet some of the team in person. All interviews were conducted via Zoom and were very organized and easy to navigate. The participants were all friendly and warm. Most participants were serious IT professionals who asked real-world, situational questions — primarily to assess how I think through challenges commonly faced in the role.

3 interviews with different people each time. Similar questions each time. Questions you can find online or on youtube. All the interviews were online which was nice. The whole process took about two months.
