I was asked to take a personality test online prior to my interview. The results were given to me during my interview as well as general questions being asked (I believe to ensure my answers from the test and my interview answers matched up). The interview was fairly relaxed in atmosphere; they offered me a drink and truly did what they could to keep me comfortable and satisfied. Very well done job, I must admit.
