Interview was pretty laid back. Basic interview questions like explain strengths and weaknesses. Also explain a time where you had to be a leader. And the mostly just going through the packet and learning about the company. It was a pretty easy interview to say the least?

The interview process was not that professional. It was basically a sales pitch why you should join their company. They said that you didn't need any prior financial knowledge despite it being a finance role. They claimed that they will teach you everything you will need to be an expert which doesn't make sense when people like me are in school for a finance degree.

The first round I had a zoom call and the first 20 minutes of it I was asked basic interview questions. Last 10 minutes of the interview she was giving me a presentation.

Three rounds of interviews, increasing intensity. I didn't really have too much of an issue with it, but based on what I've read about the company, I made sure that there weren't any major red flags throughout the interview process.
