Initial meet at College Career Fair. Called in for a second meeting to discuss my potential, the company and the actual job. Handed a market survey to personally determine if it were the right job for me. (A mock trial of the actual job) After 2 weeks, called in for a third meeting and boardroom presentation of the market survey. Acceptance determined at this point.

Was told about the program and how I would need to get certified to sell life insurance in order to participate in the program. The interviewer was laid back and relaxed. It was a group interview.

It’s a three round interview, but it really more about getting to know you as a person no technicals. The second and third interview was the recruiter speaking on the job overview.
