I participated in Northwestern's first digital job fair (fully remote due to Covid) and while it was a little disorganized due to everyone trying to figure out the technology, it was a pleasant experience. The process started a couple weeks before the fair, with a brief code challenge. From there, I had a phone interview with a recruiter, which led into prep for the fair itself. I was given more than enough information about what was expected of me throughout the process, which was nice. I got the feeling that once I had gotten past the initial technical challenge, they weren't actually that interested in my ability, and were more interested in my work habits and my ability to fit into their culture. Ultimately, I did not get the job. However, I feel like I was treated fairly, which... well, I cannot say that about every company for which I interviewed.

Had an initial phone interview with HR, followed by a Zoom interview with a somewhat technical portion (just tech questions, no coding). That was it, there was no other screening or interview steps.

Entrevista
HR reached out to me in an email had a phone interview where I was asked about my things on my resume any projects, and my expected salary. They told me his was the first step of others to get this Associate job and in 5 - 6 days they would let me know if I made it to round 2. Four weeks later they sent me a thanks but no email.

Entrevista
There are totally two rounds. Fisrt is the regular phone call from HR. Basicly ask everything they want, your experience, education, weakness..... Second one is team meeting with the team members you will work with. They ask most of things on your resume, your project, experience with more details needed. There is a short coding excercise just need 2-3 mins to finish, pretty easy. I dont think they really care about if you knows needed skills in the position requirments because they are willing to train you. So, just tell your experience and skills that you have. You will got it.
