Basic interview. I was asked to walk them through my resume. I talked while the interviewer took notes on a copy of my resume. They asked follow up questions about my availability. They told me they would let me know in 2 weeks, but they never contacted me again.

They were very quick to want to talk to me, having two virtual interviews and a speedy process. They were more focused on the connections that I had than the experience that I would gain over the summer.

Behavioral process very straightforward. Sales and people person focused. They walk you through the entire company. It’s a numbers game bringing in reps due to the natural attrition of the job.

Entrevista
There are 2-3 different interviews. The first one being over the phone with one of their recruiters. If they like you from that one then you will meet with the head recruiter. The second interview is more about you asking questions, so come prepared!
