Chill and easy going. They made me feel comfortable. The questions were basic star questions and it was a two part interview, first with the manager and then with the supervisor

The Interview process was smooth and easy, consisted of one phone and another in person. I had to download Amazon chime to do the phone interview, this is one of the main communication tools the company uses in reception.

Asked for my experience, and gave sceneries of customer service at the desk and how i would handle it.
Phone screening then Skype interview about a month later. Very amicable and natural questions and atmosphere. I found it to seem like a great culture to work for and with.
