I had 2 very positive interviews and was told they would be contacting me within 72 hours. Well it's been 3 weeks and I have yet to hear back. I'm not personally offended by the process, but I do find it terribly unprofessional. How a company interviews and onboards tells you a lot about their internal operations at the worker level. Based on my experience, the only conclusion I am left with is they are either disorganized or lack the fundamental care people should be demanding of a prospective employer.
