I underwent a three part process. A phone interview with my direct superior, an on site interview with the same superior and a third in person. The third was supposed to be with the next level up, but due to scheduling conflicts, they had me interview with an alternate next level up leader. The interviewer were engaging we discussed work history, goals, work place culture and expectations.
