Start by submitting your application online. Once your application is reviewed, you may be contacted for a phone screening. If your application meets the requirements, you’ll have a phone interview. During this conversation, the recruiter will ask about your background, experience, and interest in the role. If you pass the phone interview, you’ll be invited for an in-person interview. This interview may take place at the hospital or another designated location. Be prepared to discuss your relevant skills, work experience, and why you’re interested in joining Northside Hospital. If you progress to this stage, you’ll meet with a manager or supervisor. They’ll evaluate your fit for the team and discuss any remaining questions.
