The position was presented as an Onboarding Specialist position and definitely was that. They like to use agencies and that would be fine if they researched the agencies better and made sure that they are employee-friendly first. There was no delay in the response post-interview, the process, though cumbersome, was pain-free and thorough.

The interview process was professional, detailed, and formal. Among the many candidates that were present the interview process was also very competitive. The instructions were clear, concise, and complete.
