I was already working in a position at Northrop Grumman that required similar work. A corporate recruiter called me inquiring if I was interested in a new position working in the same field and allowed me to gain a lot more experience. After going through the initial work experiences, I was interviewed by two hiring managers - interviewed over the phone. Discussed in more detail about the job position and its' responsibilities. I received a job offer within 3 days, which I accepted.
