Met recruiter at on-campus career fair. They sent me an email and invited me to an info session with dinner provided. Interviewed the next day with a recruiter. Went pretty smoothly in general.

I was e-mailed after submitting my resume to their recruiting service about an opportunity to visit the company site and participate in several activities geared towards attracting people with interest in machine learning. During the day I was interviewed in rounds by 3 different people about my background and technical experience.
