I went to a job fair to visit a recruiter. She took my resume. Two days later I receive a phone call for first informal phone screen. Then attended an information session on campus. Then received second follow-up call. Waiting for third and final interview with hiring manager.

Super quick and easy. It was just one 45-minute phone call with a recruiter. He asked me a number of questions about my education and he also asked a few behavioral questions to assess my fit with the company.
