Entrevista
I first heard about Northrop Grumman through career presentations at the University of California, San Diego. Talked to some engineers working there at the university, submitted my resume, and they asked me to come in for an on-campus interview. Pretty short interview, and after that I got my offer.

Most of the questions were about previous experience, stuff on my resume.
Got early phone screen from hr then email for interview a few weeks later. Interview was nerve racking at first but I had two very chill/calm interviewers. Not to many technical questions asked, I was a little technically over qualified compared to the application requirements.

The process took 2 weeks. Applied as a second year, so they asked only behavioral and situational questions. Be prepared to defend everything on your resume. Overall, they looked for my personality and if I would fit into their culture.

Very easy interview, be prepared to talk about interpersonal skills and a few projects you have done that relate to the position. I enjoyed how the interviewer focused on my strengths rather than harping on my weaknesses. Here are a few sample questions.
