Overall, it was a great interview experience. I was invited to their El Segundo campus where I would introduce myself to my peers, managers, and our group's recruiter. We started out listening to a recently hired PDP who would talk about his experience of the program and life working at Northrop Grumman. This lasted till about noon, and lunch was catered! After lunch, we began our interviews in a rotational format. There were about 10 managers, each with a different role in IT. Our interview group rotated with each manager, and each interview lasts about 15-20 minutes. All of the mangers were easy to talk to, and once a couple rotations went by, the process began to be effortless. The interview took about half a day, but it was a great experience and was catered to new hires! Only gripe was how long it took to hear back from them. They told me I would get an answer in about a week. Called every week for about 3 months...but I got the offer!
