I received a email after i applied on indeed asking me to submit resume on there website. I did this then I received a phone call and email for a phone interview followed by a in- person interview at the hospital (the interview was a fast turn around less then 3 days). The interview was surprisingly pleasant and very helpful. I am not very good at the whole interview thing, if i tried to compare it and/or describe it would go something like this if I overthink about a question I go blank or babble nervous babbling when i overthink I go blank and nothing comes out correctly. So that was awesome quick interview then the recruiter called and asked how it went if i was still intrested. Then she said she would have to confirm with hiring manager. This was done overnight. Another phone call she made to me explaining she made me a appointment for physical and drug screen she explained they had to do 2 backround checks and I takes a couple weeks to come back. The she scheduled orientation but she informed me i had to pass everything at workhealth and background checks. She said if something came back that i wasnt honest and upfront about you would not be hired. She also explained that if i had a record to tell her she explained you can have a record and still be hired but not if you lie about it. ou have a shot oflMy start date was 3 weeks away she scheduled it right then as if she had results already. My son got sick and i had to reschedule it was going to be another 3 weeks but the recruiter keep trying to make it work for her and me. She scheduled it 9 days later I started.
