You are interviewed with one to two mangers asked a verity of questions. Sometimes it is done by The manger and asst. manger but there are times the the next level up of mangers will be there. Then depending when you have your interview it could take a few weeks to find out if you got the job that will start next semester. So it is not a job that you should try to get if you need a job right away.
