Was reached out 1 week after applying by the hiring manager - Caitlin Kidder. She was really lovely and was more of a casual conversation where she wanted to hear what questions I had about the role - which I found strange. She asked me 2 questions. She said she would reach out the following week to interview with a panel for the next stage of the process. That email never came. I was completely ghosted for 5 weeks, no responses to emails I sent. Complete red flag. Then, 5 weeks of complete silence on her end, she emailed to say the position was filled. Terrible hiring process and what a waste of time, resources and expectations. Will not be applying to any positions at this university.
