Completed first round of phone interview and within a week was offered a second in-person interview (scheduled for 3 weeks later). Chose not to continue with interview process because details of the position did not align with my interests/goals professionally. Phone interview was more difficult than other phone screens I've done. For example, instead of asking "tell me about yourself," the question was worded in such a way that you had to develop very specific points targeted to their question. "Tell me five reasons you are applying to/are a good fit for this position."
