After completing the online application, I received an email the very next week for a 15 minute telephone conversation. I was then contacted for a panel interview that would take place in two parts. There were a total of 5 participants. Two from management and 3 who currently work in the position. After that meeting I was scheduled for an interview 1-on-1 with the area AVP. Then next step was to meet with the campus staff. Communication in this office is phenomenal.
