I applied through their website for the fall equity research internship and was called in to do an in person interview. I first had an one on one interview with the VP of sales and trading and than a group interview with senior research associates. The interviewer described the position requirements and described the overall company.. The interview consists of why equity research and walk me through your resume questions? I was also asked about my personality and basicly how assertive i was. I was then asked to pitch a stock of my choosing. The interviewers were friendly so the process wasn't difficult at all.
