There were planned at least 2 interviews. The first one goes with the HR, then the technical one. I didn't pass the HR one, due to the fact that the role I was applying for required a fluent Estonian language skills, which I was missing at the time. Nevertheless, the email conversations were polite and tactical, and the office environment felt open and friendly. Both ladies, who are the talent acquisition experts, were easy to talk to and are professionals.
