I don't understand the bad reviews on here, personally I had a good experience interviewing with Noriker. There were 3 rounds of interviews in total, 2 online and one in person with one of the Directors in Cheltenham. The first 2 interviews were more informal, more just getting to know you a little more. The first interview was with one of the managers and the second was with one of the head traders, both of which were pleasant to talk to. The final interview was more pressure based so do not take it personal if it is not as friendly as the first 2, it is after all a high pressure position. You must prepare a presentation for the final interview and complete a 20 minute IQ test. Noriker was quick to get back to me at each stage and although I was unsuccessful they did provide personalised feedback which is always appreciated. I also appreciated that my first interviewer came over to talk to me on the day of my final interview too, certainly made me feel welcome. It would have however been nice if the company would have offered to cover some of my travel expenses as I had to travel from Manchester for my interview, but I can appreciate that not every company may have the budged to do this for every candidate. All in all I believe this to be quite an honest review. Just remember, it is much easier for someone to write a negative review when they do not receive an offer than a positive one.

I applied online ( Glassdoor) then the team was prompt in responding within 3 days to schedule a 1st round interview. I command the interviewer who the companies recruiter for being very polite & chatty during the process. I was concerned it would reflect recent reviews on Glassdoor but it was completely opposite. I was asked typical behavior questions & technical brain teasers; my motivation for applying for the role, why the company and asked questions about what kind of skills I would bring to the team. The brain teasers test your quick thinking, accuracy & timed skills. Its important to remain assertive and answer quickly & accurately. The interview is happy to provide more information if needed. He was very helpful. At the end, I received feedback about the interview which may be slightly harsh for some people as they are blunt if you dont fit the role. It was constructive feedback on my part and it will help me in the future.
