So far I had just one interview. It went really well, it was very down to earth and calm... I had a skills test where the interviewer asked me one of those "impossible" questions, and a "hard" question. The "hard" question being a real life problem that Noria ran into. The "hard" question involved creating a query, or some code, to retrieve data that matched certain criteria. And believe me, this criteria was very IN DEPTH. It was hard. The "impossible" question was just asked to see how I would respond to it. Whether I would attack it from a business sense, or a practical sense, etc. So far, they liked what they saw and I am waiting for a second interview here in 3 days.
