I was called over the phone and asked questions like where did I see myself in a few years, why do you want to work for Nordstrom basic questions, then I was asked to come in for a interview, which consisted of 2 1:1 Interviews with the assistant manager and department manager, both asked the same general questions. The interview was laid back easy and the team was even better I felt welcomed when I walked in.
