Relaxed in person, had to do a mock sale. met with overall store manager and had to interview with her as well. Had to provide solid knowledge on the product and give examples of the benefits of the products while you were mock selling even if you've never used that product.

It was fairly easy. Simple questions asked:
What’s your experience, your availability, why do you want to work for Nordstrom. I would recommend anyone to go for an interview and it was quick just as it was easy. Got an offer on the spot

Entrevista
Applied online. Was offered phone interview a week later, after the phone interview I was invited in for in person interview. It was about 10 of us total we waited outside and was called 1 by 1 to interview with different department managers. I thought the interview went well was told I would receive a call within the next 2 days. Never received a call. Which I believe is unprofessional. Any kind of follow up is necessary. Whether they want to offer me the position or not.
