Applied online, received an appointment for phone interview within 2 days. Phone interview with the store HR representative was on Friday, Face-to-Face with Department Manager was on Monday, offer was presented on Wednesday. Everyone I came into contact with throughout the process was friendly, knowledgeable, and articulate. Current employees all greeted me warmly.

A few questions with someone then you’ll meet with a manager in a department they think you would good for. The department manager had me pick out an outfit for a pretend customer and describe why I picked certain items

Normal behavioral questions and questions related to retail experience/interest in fashion. Nice interviewer was low pressure experience. Interviewed by department manager. Heard back day of interview and started training very soon after.

Applied online. Got an email about a week later. Went in to a Seasonal Hiring Event. Interviewed with a manager. Most questions were situational questions. Very easy process. Offererred position on the spot.
