Extended but fun! Imo it was necessary to go through such extend to understand my employer and have them understand me as a potential candidate. It also provided me with in store feel, the clientele, and the support team. Everyone we talked to has such positive attitude. ☺️

Pregunta 1
First interview were simple ‘about you’ questions. Second interview was meeting the counter manager. Third interview was meeting the account executive via zoom. Fourth interview was in person make up interview at fashion valley mall. (Super fun!)
Went through first interview it’s was basic and easy. Had to interview with the specific beauty company. They called back and said that they went with another candidate. That they would encourage me to keep applying to other positions.
I was asked for a time when I provided excellent customer service and also a time when I handled a difficult situation. At the end of the interview I had to try to sell a product to the manager.
There was an initial phone screening. I didn't make it past that and felt as though my time was wasted in this phone call. interviewer was very late to call me and didn't meet scheduled time.
