Applied via online through the company website. Will let you know immediately after questionare if they would like to pursue your candidacy for the position. Received an email asking for a time to set up a phone interview. HR called at the scheduled time and told me that the position i originally applied for, the Wedding Coordinator position, had already been filled. So she asked if there was a different department I was interested in and I asked what else might be available in the wedding dept. She said a wedding stylist and I said I would be interested in that. She then asked me the standard interview questions. I googled standard interview questions and wrote down my answers to have in front of me for the phone interview. After the phone interview I interviewed with the department manager who then job offered me within a couple of days of the interview.

Submit resume, about 2days later they sent me an email to make schedule for phone interview. Once you get passed, set up the personal interview with manager, and if they call, there is 2nd personal interview with assistant manager

About a week after i applied I received an email from HR to set up a phone interview. I spoke to the HR women about the job and she asked me a few questions. Right after that we scheduled a time for me to have a 1:1 interview with her then one with who would be my department manager. They both asked me a series of questions and wrote my answers on a piece of paper then the manager took me down to my department to show me everything. After a week of not hearing from them I followed up with them and still didn't hear anything. Thought oh well, guess i didn't get it, a month later i finally got the job offer.
