Apply online and if they're interested, they'll send you an email with a time and location for an open interview. The open interview takes place in a meeting room with others interviewing for different positions. The interview is about 30 minutes of questions such as why you want to work there and why in that department. Depending on whether you get called as one of the first to be interviewed or one of the last, you'll be there from anywhere from 45 minutes to and hour and a half.

They give you scenarios you might face in the workplace such as rowdy customers or just giving a sales pitch. YOU MUST HAVE SHOPPED THERE BEFORE! They will ask you on what about the stores you like the most and the reason/amount of time you shop there for.
