It was a lengthy progress that took around 4 hours total. A zoom call was set up that had multiple employees from Nordstrom as well as the candidates. There was a total of 4 interviews, each an hour long. The first two interviews were just general interview questions. The other two were more technical. Everyone was nice and I learned a lot about the company. I did not get invited to the second set of interviews.
