I applied online and was emailed about a week later. They contacted me and asked for me to fill out an application before we met for an in person interview in their LA office. First woman I talked to was their LA HR woman and she was great to talk to. She was very approachable and gung-ho about their office and the entire company. The second woman I talked to was very different. She never answered my questions. When I asked her how she interacts with the rest of the sales team, she veered off and never actually answered my question. This happened multiple times. They emailed me after and asked me for a 2 week trial, but when they said "competitive salary" they meant $10/hr, so I couldn't move forward with the process.
1 day, in person 30 minute group interview with department manager. 4 interviewees, each rotated answering questions about why we wanted to work there, tell me about a time when questions, etc

Entrevista
I found the job posting on a Facebook community page, contacted the HR representative, and had an in person interview set up a week later. The questions were straight forward, and my interviewer was really engaging and wanted to know about my life and experience, as well as share his and explain more about the company's mission statement.
