I had an over the phone interview went smoothly the lady was very nice and basically just seeing when I was available. A couple simple questions but its as very basic.

bad communication between the hiring agency and the actual store, unnecessary back and forth, very frustrating especially for what seemed like a fun seasonal job, would recommend going in person to their hiring events instead of applying and never hearing back
