The interview consists of genetic visual merchandising course questions rather than actual skill set. After the interview, the VM gives feedback what could have been said and how to excel at the interview for future reference.

It was an easy experience. I went in early before the store was open. I had to pull together looks for three mannequins. The interview was one on one with the hiring manager.
