There was only one interview for the position and it was a pretty easy interview. They asked questions based on your resume as well as situational questions. They also asked "give me an example of a time when you overcame adversity" and questions like that.

I applied as a teenager in high school as a part of their BP. Fashion Board. Applied online, with some emails back and forth with my contact at the company. Word of mouth is really important! 1 in person interview, with a longer personality survey. Onboarding takes about 30-40 minutes through the internet.
