Applied online, got an e-mail for an interview/information session about a week after I applied. Endured a long interview process (met with HR, then Department Manager), had to sell an item to the Department Manager. Got a call later that day that I would be meeting with the store manager in 2 days. When I met with the store manager, it was group style (5 total). Got offered the job a few hours later!

So easy, I went to a job fair and was hired on the spot. They need people in the kids department, that's the easiest section to get into. They just ask about your personality and who you are.
Was inside Barton creek mall, hiring manager was prompt and clear with questions ranging from how I would handle difficult customers, to my personal experiences that could apply to the job.
