After a phone interview with a few basic questions about customer service, I was asked to come in for an in-person interview. I was first interviewed by someone in HR with roughly 20 questions concerning my background and skills. After that I was told to wait for the department manager to come interview. This took about twenty minutes. I was then asked about 20 more behavioral questions such as what would you do in situation x?

There were multiple questions about competition between sales associates and since I had never worked on commission, I found this part of the interview a bit difficult.

So easy, I went to a job fair and was hired on the spot. They need people in the kids department, that's the easiest section to get into. They just ask about your personality and who you are.
Was inside Barton creek mall, hiring manager was prompt and clear with questions ranging from how I would handle difficult customers, to my personal experiences that could apply to the job.
