Entrevista
1. Applied online - received email inviting me to schedule a phone interview
2. 10 minute phone interview w/ HR..at the end of the conversation she invited me to do an in-person interview with her.
3. In-person interview only took about 15 min- went over same questions as phone interview. At the end of the interview she called the dept manager and had me go and meet her. Dept manager didn't have too much time to talk so she had me give her my contact info.
4. Met with Dept manager and Asst. manager a few days later- had "formal" interview just going over customer service/situational questions. She also had me sell her a few outfits.
5. Got the job offer a few days later!

Entrevista
So easy, I went to a job fair and was hired on the spot. They need people in the kids department, that's the easiest section to get into. They just ask about your personality and who you are.
Was inside Barton creek mall, hiring manager was prompt and clear with questions ranging from how I would handle difficult customers, to my personal experiences that could apply to the job.
