When I first started working for the company I was only applying for a summer cashiering job so my process was not that difficult. I was promoted from within several times and was always approached first for job opportunities so I never had much of an interview experience.

The process is a little slow. They do seem to favor candidates from inside stores over outside of stores. Even candidates with less experience who have worked for them are favored

Depending on the location the timing when waiting to hear back can be tricky especially if your applying from in house. Once chosen for a new position expect to start quickly.
