I received an email for a phone interview within hours of submitting my resume online. I received a phone call from a human resource manager at the scheduled interview time. She mis pronounced my name I corrected her she basically replied ok whatever. She asked me about 3 questions. One was to describe when I had to go above and beyond to satisfy a customer. I thought the interview went pretty well. However wasent offered the postion.. Thinking maybe I shouldnt have told her the correct way to pronouce my name..Oh well. Better luck next time.

So easy, I went to a job fair and was hired on the spot. They need people in the kids department, that's the easiest section to get into. They just ask about your personality and who you are.
Was inside Barton creek mall, hiring manager was prompt and clear with questions ranging from how I would handle difficult customers, to my personal experiences that could apply to the job.
