Scheduled for 4 hour interview with several leaders of the departmemt. Fairly straight forward, more of a conversation than interview. Team was very personable and organized with the interview process. The follow up was lacking- they indicated they wanted to fill the position quickly and I was a leading candidate and heard nothing (3 weeks)
