I had a teams call in November with the possible lead and manager for that position. The whole interview lasted roughly an hour and was very focused on me where I spoke non-stop for roughly 30-35 min with several questions and walkthrough my career. After that they said that by the end of that week and beginning of the next, I'd know if I would go to the next step. I waited for almost a month and understood already that I did not pass it and the hiring manager said that they liked me and they wanted to do another call in the beginning of January for detailed feedback about my interview. This called never occurred and it is quite disappointing since you say that you are going to do something and after that you ghost the candidate. One of the worst experience after an interview I experienced so far.
