Long and tedious, but in the end its just a way for an offshore internal candidate to get a visa. Interviewed with 5 different people, some were just very disinterested.
1 hour interview with HR person and manager, quite relaxed and laid back. Be prepared to talk about yourself and answer back questions. After the interview i needed to take a personality test.

head of the apartment and recruiter will ask questions for 30 mins. The questions are quite average I'd say but still you need to be prepared. Present stories of you success
