I reached out to them based on an interest in the company. Phone screen with Chief Architect (long time employee) and another director. Technical convos but not coding. Flew me to NY to meet senior leadership team. All day interviews included two coding/algorithm pieces. Fairly straightforward if unrelated somewhat to data work. Everyone was very prepared. Interview process was quite smooth. Founder/president interviews everyone which I think is cool. One guy ate lunch during interview which is bad form but not a show stopper.
