I had a phone screen and then completed a performance task. I was invited for a panel interview which they abruptly cut short because the COO was "called into an urgent meeting" and was told we could reschedule for another day. I received a rejection note via email the next day (after I follow-up). A truly awful and embarrassing experience for a candidate. I would never consider a position with Noom in the future.
